I haven't shed a tear for the longest of time.. But I somehow couldn't control myself as I hugged each friend goodbye, knowing that the chances of us finding each other again is truly minimal... Truth be told, the iternary for the Hainan Island Winter Camp isn't anything spectacular nor exciting... But the people you meet, both members and workers, more than make up for it.
It's pretty amazing, how a mere week can forge such friendships... I feel though, that its the sincerity of our hosts and members that has touched me more than anything else. It's the tiny things that matters the most... Each tiny action and speech, each tiny moment of sharing and giving, each smile and tear.
I'll be off to Malaysia in about 8 to 9 hours... Work's gonna start on the 15th...
