Presented with the same facts, the same technology but yet resulting in two entirely different conclusions. Evolution is a theory that has become the general assumption of the scientific world. Creationism is another theory that has been embraced by a large portion of the world. How can the same science produce two entirely different opinions? The interpretation of data with a preset mind narrows the conclusions we come up with. Limited perception dilutes the scientific process, removing assumed discrepancies for a pattern we can related to. Even if we attempt to keep an open mind, humans find it impossible to look at something in all angles. A societal pressure pushes us into conformity, and a intrinsic allure to be accepted or even applauded shoves us to stray from being truly objective.
Why then do I believe in creationism when science seems to provide an equal proportion of truth to evolution? Both require faith, one in God and the other in man. A bible that never lies and its coherence of history and science is reason for me to have faith in God. On the other hand, belief in man requires that we believe in the fallible theories of man, as well as the notion that all forensic experiments are conducted without taint of any biasness or perception.
