A couple of falls but still came out unscathed, save for some muscle sores at the end of the day. Blading @ East coast was fun (during national day), even if I probably scared the wits out of the people behind me by many near-trips... Was just thinking how cool it'll be to be dancing and blading at the same time! Brought Yun to my grandparents place and also managed a trip to 1-Altitude gallery @ One Raffles Place - the best view I've seen in SG so far! And to end the night, a nice instant noodle meal (which I helped/disrupted the cooking process with yun) and a cheesy desert with my family. Great way to spend national day metinks :D
Today's the first day at Advocator's for me, and I'm fortunate enough to get a good mentor to guide me through the process. They're big on developing the right mindset for the kids, and also for the coaches - which is really great! It requires effort definitely, which is good for a lazy bum like me :P I hope to grow with the company, and be able to influence others to share the same positive attitude these people possess... By example of course. Despite the drastic change in career direction, things are looking up, and I can only be thankful to God and for the people around me.
