Its been a tiring day at wushu training... joined the newer (n younger) guys for a little warmup session n boy was i bushed... couldnt really keep up with them... my kicks have become sluggish n my jumps slow... my stamina has alrdy gone down the gutters... had sooo much trouble keeping to my past standards... n by the end of the warmup, i was literally gasping for breath.. so much for the 30min of 'warmup'. Thankfully i didnt need to join them for the next 2-3hrs of hell training... phew...
i really really need to train more... or at least be more consistent. First to get back my past standard! ok maybe not ... but somewhere near at least.. lol..
