Just came back from Cambodia ( last week fri actually... lol) and dying from school work overload. Catching up with 4 weeks of school work ( a week in Cambodia plus 3 weeks for recruitment fair and slacking ard...) is no mean feat and something no one shld even try to attempt... especially since a grand total 6 quizzes are coming up for the next 2 weeks, on top of projects and tutorials. Blah.. wonder why I'm wasting precious time writing this...
Well here's the main reason. Over the one week in Cambodia, tension seems to have been mounting within the BIE clique. I hate tension. Especially when its happening to a clique formed since day 1. Someone is being alienated and the fault lies with nobody in particular. Perhaps the accumulating stress is affecting us all. Perhaps its our habits that drive others up the wall... I've got some quirks of my own, I know :).. Whatever the case, let's all forgive and forget shall we? And yup, im sure others will tell you ur faults if you just ask. Admitting the wrong is the first step to doing right. We'll be there for support, 'cause thats what friends are for.
Well, on the lighter side, here's some pics from Cambodia!
2 beautiful SIA gals, 1 cool prof with a even cooler hairdo and a Singapore beng.
The students from Chulalongkorn University... I think they're among the best looking of the whole lot! Everyone's looking in every direction cos we don't know which camera to look at... And yeah, the guy is orange is Am, my roomie...
The Vietnamese ple - a really friendly group of ple who still came to take part in the event despite not having any dance background! Respect! Our wine drinking buddies on the 2nd day too... lol..
Gurl power! Our Cambodian guides with the gals by the river bank... The place is full of street hawkers and such! But we didn't want to risk a tummy ache..
We didnt dare try these 'delicious' roaches and spiders in Central market either... Bleah...
We did try quite abit of Cambodian fast food though.. No Macs or pizza hut there, but they've Lucky 7, Big burger and Pizza place!
We had to learn a traditional dance there. The gals took up the circle dance while I did the coconut dance.. Yes, you saw right.. coconut dance...
My coconut dance attire... Coconuts sold serperately..
